The SIFL Institute is an independent, nonprofit institution devoted to exploring effective solutions for a changing world. Since it was founded in 2002, SIFL seeks to advance policies that support the central role of market economy and rule of law through a vigorous program of publications, conferences, and policy briefings. With the advantage of inter-disciplinary studies in law, economics and finance, SIFL experts promote a better understanding of the benefit of market-liberal solutions to some of the most pressing problems faced by China’s development.
